Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Exports Executive to manage end-to-end export operations. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely execution of shipments, obtaining freight RFQs, appointing CHA partners, and onboarding consignments within defined KPIs. The Exports Executive will uphold both organizational and government compliance standards, prepare required reports, and maintain export documentation with precision. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver seamless export processes that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Launch freight RFQ for all export shipments.
- Prepare RFQ analysis and obtain approval.
- Vessel booking with nominated freight forwarders.
- Nominate CHA party.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders on BL delays.
- Export shipment tracking up to the destination and act on delays.
- Maintain CUSDEC reconciliation reports.
- PR creation for services (CHA, freight, cargo quarantine) invoice.
- Measure KPI and act on gap (to onboard, LP to vessel booking, etc.).
- Attend to resolve day to day operational issues with internal external and authorities.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end practical experience in an export, shipping, or logistics documentation role.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, Warehouse, and finance teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems & MS Office.
- Ability to work with Government Authorities, CHA parties and Freight forwarders.
