MARKETING MANAGER – SUBLIMATION PRINTING
JK Garments (Pvt) Ltd is a leading apparel manufacturing company with modern manufacturing facilities and a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager – Sublimation Printing to lead the marketing and business development activities of our sublimation printing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the sublimation printing business and customer base.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in apparel, sportswear, fashion and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and support the sales process.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Merchandising and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma or other qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Textile, Apparel or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably in sublimation printing or the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of sublimation printing, apparel printing processes, fabrics and colour requirements will be highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management and networking skills.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
