Senior Bulk Merchandiser
JK Garments (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Senior Bulk Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bulk orders, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth and timely order execution from confirmation through shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bulk orders from order confirmation through to shipment.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient order execution.
- Monitor fabric, trims, production progress, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure customer requirements, product specifications, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Follow up on approvals, production status, and shipment timelines.
- Identify, coordinate, and resolve merchandising and production-related issues.
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely order completion.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Apparel, Textile, Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in apparel merchandising, preferably in bulk production.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabrics, and trims.
- Proven experience handling international customers and export orders.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and problem-solving ability.
