ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
JK Garments (Pvt) Ltd is a leading apparel manufacturing company with modern manufacturing facilities and a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering & Maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within the facility.
- Plan and carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of production machinery and factory electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize machinery downtime.
- Monitor and maintain power distribution systems, generators, transformers, compressors, and other electrical utilities.
- Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance, breakdowns, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements, statutory regulations, and company safety procedures.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a garment manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machinery, and maintenance.
- Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to urgent breakdowns.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and statutory requirements will be an added advantage.
