MAINTENANCE MANAGER
JK Garments (Pvt) Ltd is a leading apparel manufacturing company with modern manufacturing facilities and a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure reliable, efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all production machinery and factory facilities.
- Ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation of equipment and utilities.
- Supervise and guide the maintenance team and contractors.
- Maintain safety, quality and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Control maintenance costs and improve asset reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a garment manufacturing or industrial environment, including team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, utilities and maintenance planning.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to urgent breakdowns.
