Technical Engineer
Location: Seeduwa, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, ready-mix plants and construction sites.
- Conduct product trials, mix designs and performance evaluations.
- Support sales team with technical presentations and product specifications.
- Handle site application guidance, problem solving and after-sales technical service.
- Prepare technical reports, site records and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in construction chemicals, concrete admixtures or a related industry (preferably in a similar role).
- Good knowledge in concrete technology, admixtures, waterproofing, repair and construction chemical products.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, ready-mix plants and project locations.
