Temporary Promoters
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and smart team players who are customer oriented, to be appointed to the above positions based at our Duty-Free Shops located at the Bandaranai ke International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Entice Customers to the Shops, Offer Product information, Assist Customers with their queries & purchases, Provide excellent Customer Service, Promote Sales, Meet Sales given targets, Merchandising, Replenish shelves, Maintain Shop standards, Stock takings, Shop security, and other duties as directed.
Pre-requisites
- Male or females between the age of 18-26 years.
- Exudes a Friendly ('Bubbly') and approachable personality.
- Possesses a pleasant, pleasing, character with a well-built, attractive physique.
- G.C.E. (O/L) with at least Six Simple Passes, including Mathematics & English.
- Excellent speaking ability in English together with adequate reading & writing skills.
- Well developed communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills to win customers.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet given targets.
- Willingness to work on 12-hour day/night rotating shifts.
- Living within a 30 km radius to the Airport.
The Company will provide comprehensive training in the relevant aspects of retailing and will offer an attractive remuneration package to the selected candidates.
