Job Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and consult with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Developers, Builders, and key project stakeholders to provide tailored engineering solutions.
- Read, interpret, and review construction and architectural drawings to deliver accurate technical proposals and cost estimations.
- Prepare official quotations, technical reports, documentation, and project records.
- Maintain strong client relationship management, negotiation, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet client specifications and ensure project delivery requirements are met.
- Drive business development and project-based sales opportunities within target sectors.
Requirements
- Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (QS) from a recognized government or private institution.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD to interpret and review technical drawings. (Basic drafting ability is an added advantage.)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical ability to understand client requirements and project specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project demands effectively.
- Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications and a strong passion for technical sales are encouraged to apply.
