Hedley’s Tea (Pvt) Ltd. is a small but out-of-the-box thinking group of innovative & aggressive marketing team specializing in developing high value-added tea projects for overseas markets. With strong global presence and collaborations in international markets, we are committed to quality, innovation and promoting the rich heritage of Ceylon tea.
We are looking for a smart, energetic and creative young professional to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an excellent command of English, good computer literacy, a passion for digital marketing and social media, and an interest in working with modern AI-powered tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating and coordinating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Use AI tools effectively to support content creation, captions, campaigns and marketing communications.
- Help maintain a consistent, professional and engaging brand presence across digital platforms.
- Support the Sales & Marketing teams with correspondence, presentations, reports, customer follow-ups and general coordination.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches and other sales and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen customer engagement and our digital presence.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using digital platforms.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- A keen interest in social media, digital marketing and emerging AI technologies.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing or Social Media will be an advantage. However, we equally value the right attitude, aptitude, creativity and willingness to learn.
