We are a well-established, CIDA Grade CS1 construction company with over three decades of excellence in the construction industry, specializing in Road Construction, Highway Development and Infrastructure Projects.

PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Within Western Province
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and manage road construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
- Monitor project progress, resources, and costs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental and quality management systems.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer (IESL) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction projects in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE
- Experience in government / donor funded projects.
- Knowledge of contract management and procurement procedures.
