Empire Land & Property Developers (Pvt) Ltd is a premier real estate company specializing in land sales and hospitality operations. We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and strengthen our core business operations.
ACCOUNTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis across our land and hospitality divisions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, tax management (VAT, SSCL, Corporate Income Tax), and coordinate external audits.
- Manage working capital, project costing, and cash flow forecasting to maintain healthy liquidity.
- Maintain internal financial controls and enhance system efficiencies across all business units.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Fully or partially qualified in CASL, ACCA, CIMA, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in real estate or hospitality is a distinct advantage).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and sound commercial awareness.
