Join Activewear - Nawala as an Business Analyst
Join MAS Holdings' Activewear Value Stream as a Business Analyst and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision making and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives through research, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement, while generating financial, budgetary, performance, and KPI reports to provide timely insights for management. You will also coordinate performance review processes, monitor departmental targets, support management discussions, and contribute to the implementation and sustenance of Lean requirements to enhance operational excellence and business performance. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will provide critical information and analysis to support informed decision-making and strengthen strategic partnerships across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have a Degree or a Professional Qualification in Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline, along with 1 to 2 years of work experience. Strong analytical and report-writing skills, proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively are essential. An understanding of business operations and key customers, together with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, will be advantageous for success in this role.
