FACILITY SUPERVISOR
Hemas Hospital - Thalawathugoda
JOB PROFILE
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry and facility services to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable hospital environment.
- Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff and monitor outsourced cleaning services.
- Inspect patient rooms and ensure they are clean and ready for handover.
- Coordinate repairs, pest control, facility requirements and external service providers.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of housekeeping materials and resources while maintaining service quality.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Passed G.C.E. A/L and/or Diploma or relevant qualification in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facility operations, housekeeping preferably in a hospital, hotel or similar environment.
- Experience in supervising housekeeping teams and outsourced service providers will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with a strong understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Good communication, coordination and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
