WE'RE HIRING
DIGITAL MANAGER
ECHEM EDUCATIONS, IS SEEKING A HIGHLY ORGANIZED, CREATIVE, AND RESULTS-DRIVEN DIGITAL MANAGER TO LEAD AND MANAGE OUR IN-HOUSE DIGITAL MEDIA TEAM. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING DIGITAL OPERATIONS, CONTENT PRODUCTION, SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT, PROJECT COORDINATION, AND DIGITAL GROWTH INITIATIVES ACROSS MULTIPLE PLATFORMS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Digital Team and digital operations.
- Develop and execute digital marketing and content strategies.
- Oversee content production, campaign management, and project delivery.
- Monitor platform performance and drive audience growth.
- Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and support digital transformation initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Management, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, content marketing, and audience growth strategies.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools is an advantage.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience managing content production teams.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and audience growth strategies.
- Experience in education, media, or entertainment sectors will be an added advantage.
