As part of our continued growth, we are seeking dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Senior Executive - Production in our Production Department.
WE'RE LOOKING YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous experience in the apparel industry will be highly valued and considered a significant advantage.
- Sound knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.
- Knowledge of Flexo Printing processes and techniques will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
