Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Identify and approach potential customers for AMC contracts.
Generate new AMC opportunities from Government, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Submit/Follow up and Negotiate AMC proposals and quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up and collect AMC services & Repair Payments.

G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Minimum one year of experience in sales.
Knowledge of HVAC/Air Conditioning systems will be an advantage.
Strong customer relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
