WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
PHYSIOTHERAPIST (THALAWATHUGODA) - LOCUM BASIS
JOB PROFILE
- Assess patient conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and ensure rehabilitation programs align with institutional standards, meet patient expectations and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Prioritize patient satisfaction by ensuring privacy, minimizing wait times and providing exceptional service throughout the treatment journey.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from an SLMC recognised university with SLMC Registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Physiotherapist in a hospital with similar or larger capacity.
- Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstration skills and IT literacy.
- Male candidates are preferred.
