We are expanding our BIM team and looking for talented and motivated BIM professionals to join our growing team in Sri Lanka.
01 BIM MANAGER – MEP
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in BIM / Revit MEP
- Experience in BIM coordination or team leadership
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination and clash detection
- Good understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination
- Knowledge of BEP, EIR, CDE, ISO 19650, and BIM standards will be an advantage
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud will be an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate the BIM team
- Develop and manage BIM workflows, standards and project requirements
- Review model quality, coordination and deliverables
- Manage clash detection and issue resolution
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, clients and project teams
- Ensure BIM deliverables are completed accurately and on time
02 BIM MODELERS – MEP
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year experience in Revit MEP BIM Modeling
- Basic understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare drawings, layouts, schedules and BIM documentation
- Coordinate models with architectural and structural disciplines
- Support clash detection and model coordination
- Update models based on engineer and consultant feedback
