Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents regarding overseas education options.
- Assist students in choosing suitable universities, programs, and countries based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.
- Provide accurate information about course entry requirements, scholarships, intakes, and application procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the application and enrolment process.
- Collaborate with admission, visa, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
- Participate in education expos, webinars, and school outreach programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Education, Business, or HR preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling or education consulting (not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Friendly, empathetic, and student-focused personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems (Australia, UK, Canada, NZ, Europe).
