ASSISTANT MANAGER PROCUREMENT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage procurement activities.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate favourable terms.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues.
- Support cost control and process improvements.
- Supervise and guide the procurement team (as required).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement (preferably in a trading or supply chain environment).
- Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
PROCUREMENT OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely supply.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and files.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
- Assist with stock and inventory monitoring.
- Support the procurement team in daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement (experience will be an added advantage).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
