Design and develop HVAC systems based on project requirements and specifications.
Prepare HVAC load calculations, system designs, layouts, and equipment selections.
Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, tender documents, and project proposals.
Review tender and project specifications and develop technically and commercially viable solutions.
Handle estimation and costing for HVAC projects from initial inquiry through to project execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure HVAC designs comply with applicable industry standards and project requirements.
Evaluate supplier quotations and support procurement and technical negotiations.
Keep updated with the latest HVAC technologies, products, and industry standards.

5+ years of relevant experience in the HVAC/Air-Conditioning industry.
Experience with a reputed AC/HVAC company will be highly advantageous.
Strong experience in HVAC design, estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, tender/project proposals, and project execution.
Good technical knowledge of VRF, VRV, Chilled Water, and other HVAC systems.
Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with project teams.
Membership of ASHRAE or relevant qualifications/knowledge related to ASHRAE standards will be an added advantage.
