Job Profile
- Manage hotel and supplier bookings, confirmations and vouchers.
- Coordinate vehicles, chauffeurs, guides, transfers and other travel services.
- Follow up on booking deadlines, payments and vehicle movements.
- Reconfirm all arrangements and manage changes or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate booking, supplier and payment records.
