WE'RE HIRING
STORES MANAGER
WISHQUE IS A FAST-GROWING E-COMMERCE COMPANY OPERATING ACROSS BAKERY PRODUCTION, FLORAL OPERATIONS, WAREHOUSING, AND LAST-MILE DELIVERY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED STORES MANAGER TO OVERSEE DAILY STORE OPERATIONS AT OUR NAWALA FACILITY.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS, SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF INVENTORY AND WAREHOUSE PROCESSES, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH DIGITAL SYSTEMS AND DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS POS, IRNS, GRNS, STOCK TRANSFERS, AND INVENTORY REPORTS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily store operations including receiving, storage, stock control and issuing products.
- Supervise and guide store staff to ensure accuracy, productivity, discipline, and safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are properly updated in the system.
- Oversee store documentation including Purchase Orders, Inward Receipt Notes, Goods Received Notes, supplier invoices, delivery notes, and stock transfer records.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and assist with monthly stock audits.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, dispatch accuracy, order readiness, wastage, and operational efficiency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, food production, retail, or distribution will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience using warehouse management systems, inventory systems, ERP systems, or POS/back-office systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reports, stock analysis, and reconciliations.
