Executive - IT Infrastructure

JOB PROFILE
- Monitor and support day-to-day data center operations, including servers and VMware infrastructure.
- Manage centralized data backup operations and support recovery activities.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure availability of critical IT services.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and coordinate with technology vendors.
- Identify IT infrastructure requirements, evaluate solutions, negotiate with vendors and recommend suitable technologies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in IT infrastructure/network administration.
- Knowledge of VMware, networking, firewalls, cloud technologies, endpoint security, Linux and Microsoft 365.
- CCNA, Microsoft/Azure or VMware certifications would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle critical IT issues.
- Good communication, vendor and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
