Senior Graphic Designer
On-site | Crystal Property Group, Head Office, Rajagiriya
The One Group of Hotels is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape a collection of distinct hotel brands. You’ll develop campaign concepts, strengthen brand identities and take ownership of digital projects, combining original thinking with precise execution.
YOUR CREATIVE ROLE
- Develop concepts independently, present ideas and explain your design decisions.
- Create campaign artwork, social content, menus, brochures and brand collateral.
- Edit and colour grade video for social media, campaigns and websites.
- Maintain a distinctive, consistent visual identity for each hotel brand.
- Prepare accurate final files for digital publishing and print production.
- Collaborate on photoshoots, launches and promotions, managing feedback and revisions through to completion.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- At least 4 years of hands-on professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva and Figma.
- Strong typography, visual hierarchy, layout and composition skills.
- Proven video editing and colour grading skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English, our primary working language.
- The ability to manage multiple brands, briefs and deadlines.
