Finishing & Quality Site Supervisor
WE ARE HIRING
COLOMBO PROJECT | ON-SITE
Join our team to lead and coordinate all finishing works with exceptional quality, attention to detail and professional execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and coordinate all finishing works on-site.
- Manage finishing subcontractors and labour.
- Ensure work is according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project management, consultants and clients.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper site procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 5 years’ experience in site supervision in residential or commercial projects.
- Excellent eye for detail and commitment to perfection.
- Established network of finishing subcontractors and skilled labour.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with both workers and management.
- Methodical, disciplined and able to follow procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of MEP and ELV systems is crucial.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Strong experience in finishing works (interiors, joinery, painting, tiling, etc.).
- Existing network of finishing subcontractors and skilled labour.
