Job Description
1. DRAFTSMAN – AUTOCAD
- Minimum 2-3 years of up-to-date experience in architectural drafting.
- Experience in preparing plans, elevations, sections, details and working drawings.
- Good understanding of architectural construction details.
- Experience in preparing municipal / authority submission drawings and construction drawings.
- Experience in residential, commercial or apartment projects will be an advantage.
2. DRAFTSMAN – REVIT
- Minimum 2–3 years of up-to-date experience in architectural drafting / BIM.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of BIM modelling and documentation.
- Ability to develop 3D architectural models from design drawings.
- Experience in preparing plans, elevations, sections, details and construction drawings using Revit.
- Good understanding of Revit families, components, views, sheets and schedules.
- Ability to create and modify Revit families, accurate BIM models and drawing standards.
- Experience in residential, commercial or apartment projects will be an advantage.
