POST OF RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
HIBISCUS BEACH HOTEL in Wadduwa is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to steer the F&B department towards its true potential.
We are seeking an experienced, result oriented individual for the above vacancy
The applicants should have;
- Diploma or equivalent from a recognized Hotel School
- Ability and confidence to manage the F&B department.
- The passion to deliver & achieve exceptional/ high service standards
- Be a leader and a good team player, pleasant and outgoing personality.
- To have a good command in English, written & spoken.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed star class Hotel. Should have minimum of 10 years experience in the F&B department
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, ability to train staff and improve service standards
- Banquet experience is required
- Age below 50 years
