Loading Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for obtaining delivery orders from the Sales Department on a daily basis
- Accountable for loading stock onto vehicles under proper supervision.
- Obtain invoices and gate passes as required.
- Ensure the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method is followed to maintain required quality standards.
- Record details of finished goods issued in the system and maintain proper stock records.
- Receive returned goods, measure the quantity of returned items, and coordinate with the Quality Department where required.
- Maintain purchase records, databases, and stock verification reports, including inventory reconciliation.
REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. Advanced Level – minimum 3 passes.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing or stores management
- Good knowledge of MS Office and/or ERP systems.
