The Hibiscus Beach Hotel Waskaduwa is looking for dynamic, skilled and committed individuals to join our team in the following capacities.
RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
- We are seeking an experienced, result oriented individual for the above vacancy.
- Be a leader and a good team player, pleasant and outgoing personality.
- To have a good command in English, written & spoken.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed star class Hotel.
- Should have minimum of 10 years experience in the F & B department
- Excellent knowledge of F& B operations, ability to train staff and improve service standards
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER / MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE
We are seeking an experienced energetic individual with an excellent track record for the above vacancy
Scope of Responsibility;
- Identify all running maintenance requirements thereafter carry out repairs with department staff under your supervision
- To plan supervise and carry out scheduled preventive Maintenance during off season.
- Prepare & maintain log books. Ensure safety standards.
- To ensure uninterrupted services from the Generator, Airconditioning, Water pumps, Electrical distribution system and swimming pool maintenance.
- To have a good command in English, written & spoken.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed star class Hotel. Should have minimum of 12 years experience in a Hotel Maintenance department.

Candidates should have minimum one year’s experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel.
