Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQ for Projects.
- Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Preparing and issuing sub-contractor enquiries and analysing tenders
- Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Assisting with procurement of materials and subcontracts
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance
- Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams
- Age below 35 years
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good understanding of construction processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & AutoCAD
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
