HR INTERN
LOCATION: WATTALA
JOB ROLE
- Assist with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities.
- Support Training & Development and Employee Induction programs.
- Assist with Performance Management activities and related documentation.
- Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
- Support day-to-day HR functions and administrative activities.
- Assist with HR projects and other tasks assigned by the HR team.
INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
- Undergraduate or Fresh Graduate in Human Resources, Management, or any other relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office Package.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Candidates residing in or within close proximity to Wattala, Negombo, Gampaha, and Colombo are encouraged to apply.
