POSITION 1: DATA ENTRY & WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to handle data entry tasks and supervise warehouse operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Oversee warehouse daily operations.
- Ensure proper stock handling and storage.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth workflow.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and reports.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- G.C.E. A/L completed (or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Willingness to learn.
- Previous data entry experience will be an added advantage (Not mandatory).
Locations: Bambalapitiya, Borella, Koswatta, Nugegoda, Kandy, Wattala
Working Hours: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM

POSITION 2: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse dispatches, deliveries and transport coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily dispatch and delivery operations.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle movements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers, outlets, suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensure all dispatches are completed with proper documentation.
- Monitor loading, unloading and delivery timelines.
- Track vehicles and follow up on delivery status.
- Manage warehouse staff and allocate manpower according to daily requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of goods and maintain warehouse standards.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- G.C.E. O/L qualification; A/L or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
- 2-3 years' experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics or transport operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of delivery and transport coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer literacy and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery schedules.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
