MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS – HYDRAULIC/PNEUMATIC SYSTEMS

Location: Head Office, Wattala
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems of workshop equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safe operation.
- Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs and component replacements.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore equipment operation with minimum downtime.
- Follow manufacturer recommendations, safety requirements, and company maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Age between 26 – 40 years.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification in Millwright, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressed-air equipment, and hoists/lifts.
- Previous experience in maintaining automotive workshop equipment will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults using appropriate tools and measuring equipment.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to branch locations for maintenance and breakdown support as required.
