SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE
Talent Development and Employee Engagement
To support the development and execution of talent development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR programs that enhance employee capabilities, improve organizational performance, and strengthen employee satisfaction and retention.
The role is responsible for coordinating learning and development programs, supporting performance management processes, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices across the organization.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives such as:
- Training & Development: Plan and coordinate learning programs to build employee capabilities
- Employee Engagement: Organize and support engagement activities that foster a positive workplace culture
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes and continuous improvement
- KPI Development: Assist in developing KPIs that drive performance and organizational goals
- Job Design & HR Initiatives: Support job design and various HR initiatives that enhance organizational success
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR role with sound knowledge of HRM practices.
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in HRM.
- Exposure to Talent Development, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HRIS.
- MIHCM system familiarity will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle HRIS-related activities, maintain data accuracy, and generate reports.
- Confident, self-driven, organized, and result-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
- Strong planning, time management, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Sinhala with good IT literacy, including MS Office applications.
