We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Royal Monarch Banquet Hall, Wattala.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations at Hall & rooms and ensure every guest space reflects the highest standards of luxury, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
You will supervise and support the housekeeping team, coordinate daily room operations, conduct quality inspections, and ensure guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to brand standards. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in a housekeeping role, with supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong understanding of luxury housekeeping standards, room presentation, hygiene, and quality control.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse housekeeping team.
- Excellent eye for detail with a strong focus on consistency and presentation.
- Ability to plan and coordinate daily room & hall assignments, cleaning schedules, and special requests.
- Confident in conducting room & hall inspections and following up on standards and corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of linen, amenities, cleaning equipment, chemicals, and housekeeping procedures.
