nEXPERIENCE

- Retail Store Manager – 5+ years of experience in retail operations, including team leadership. n
- Department Manager – 5+ years of experience in retail operations, including department management and team leadership. n
- Previous experience in multi-brand retail or shopping mall environments will be an advantage. n
KEY REQUIREMENTS
n- n
- Prior experience in retail store operations, preferably in shopping malls or established retail brands. n
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive customer relationships. n
- Experience in team supervision, sales management, and store operations is mandatory (for managerial and supervisory roles). n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle operational responsibilities effectively. n
- Sound knowledge of merchandising, stock handling, and sales performance will be beneficial. n
