Business Analyst
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Analyst with a strong financial background to join our team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Statistics, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Part qualification in CA / ACCA / CIMA or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, financial modeling, and data analysis).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and operational data to support informed business decisions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Generate periodic and ad hoc management reports.
- Provide financial insights to improve operational performance and profitability.
