GENERAL MANAGER
FOR 30 ROOMED LUXURY HOTEL IN YALA
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our 3 star hotel situated very close to Yala National Park.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing of the property and increasing brand awareness.
- Keeping the hotel well staffed and managing all departments efficiently.
- Managing clients who are mainly foreigners and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring the premises, rooms and public areas are neat, clean and well maintained.
- Monitoring daily operations, budgets and ensuring profitability.
- Upholding high standards of service, quality and safety at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hotel marketing and business development.
- Ability to manage staff and deliver excellent service to international guests.
- Hands-on, result-oriented and well-organized.
- Hospitality qualification will be an added advantage.
