Key Responsibilities:
- Create patterns based on design specifications or samples.
- Modify and adjust existing patterns as needed.
- Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain documentation and pattern libraries.
- Use CAD software or manual drafting techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience in pattern making, preferably in apparel manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and measurements.
- Attention to detail and precision in pattern creation.
- Knowledge of pattern making software is an advantage.
