SATURNKEY

Sales Manager - Turnkey Division

Profile:

  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Sales and be a go-getter who masters the skill of swiftly materializing sales orders while strategically building a pipeline of prospective customers in order to consistently generate sales revenue for the organization. He or she would be responsible for the overall Sales Strategy of the 'Supermet Turnkey' division and utilize the company's strengths to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at an optimum level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a solid base of Architects, Consultants, and Engineers through constant visits/presentations and follow-up ensuring a customized service is provided which will enable sustainable growth.
  • Effectively contribute to achieve division's monthly sales targets by extensively reaching out to existing and prospective clients.
  • Active participation in trade shows, demonstrating products to new customers, and prospecting for new customers.
  • Set team goals for Turnkey Division and conduct periodic performance reviews with all team members.
  • Lead by example, using established sales processes and close a high percentage of leads that you and your team generates.
  • Timely follow-up and clearance of outstanding payments and retentions is a key responsibility.
  • Receive customer feedback regarding ongoing and completed projects and communicate among team members for further improvement.
  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining solid customer interactions at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in construction or a related industry. Marketing-related Full/part qualification.
