THE PROFILE
- Assist in administering employee benefits, including employee health insurance, mobile reimbursement, and other perks.
- Support the processing of employee insurance claims, OPD claims, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Coordinate employee voice and data connectivity management, addressing employee inquiries and requests promptly. Assist in the management of employee fuel claims, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
- Assist in managing statutory claim forms, such as EPF, ETF
- Assist in handling essential payments such as tea services, cafeteria services
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program or hold an HR professional qualification.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior internship experience in HR or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
