Client Service (Shift Work)

In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced team that is instrumental in Assette's ability to deliver an exceptional product to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality remote support for Assette customers.
  • Provide 24/5 technical support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer-reported issues and queries within target SLAs to ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams/external teams to resolve issues.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology.
  • Facilitate and manage complex issues from triage through to escalation and resolution.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
  • Prepare status reports and provide progress updates to management and customers.

Skills

  • Work with a variety of project teams and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Participate in client calls.
  • At least 6 months of application support experience in managing critical applications.
  • Knowledge of the incident management process, software development life cycle, requirements process and software testing process.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages. E.g. - YAML
  • Working knowledge of MS Project, MS SQL, Microsoft Office and Azure.
  • Knowledge of the Capital Markets/Asset Management domain.
  • ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
  • Should possess good verbal & written communication skills with teamwork & collaboration.
  • Sound Stakeholder management and Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical & complex problem-solving skills.
