HEAD OF MARKETING
We are seeking an outstanding and dynamic person with great leadership skills and a high level of commitment, along with the following requirements and qualifications, to join as the Head of Marketing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop strategic communication plans to enhance the brands positioning and manage budgets related to marketing activities.
- Lead and inspire a team across branches.
- Collaborate closely with student recruitment teams to strategize and execute marketing activities.
- Meticulously plan internal and external marketing activities to generate leads.
- Oversee all communication channels, including digital and online initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and promotional activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Below 45 years of age.
- We are looking for a professional in Marketing with hands-on experience and a proven track record in a similar position.
- Previous experience in the education sector or a service-oriented institution would be a distinct advantage.
- The ideal candidate should possess appropriate qualifications with over 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Should possess exemplary communication and presentation skills and seamlessly collaborate across various functions.
- Should be a team player with the ability to liaise with various functional teams.
The successful candidate will be provided with an attractive remuneration package including a salary of Rs. 300,000 and other related perks that are above industry standards.
