New Contract Position: Operations and Marketing Executive

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Organising and attending open inspections
- Processing incoming tenant applications
- Managing email and phone enquiries
- Creating and executing tenancy agreements
- Servicing and communicating with landlords
- Lodging tenancy bonds and processing bond refunds
- Conducting and finalising Ingoing, routine and final inspections
- Arranging and overseeing any required maintenance
- Processing invoices and other general admin tasks
Skills & Experience
- Must have a driver's licence and a reliable vehicle (Car/Motor Bike)
- Fluent in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- A high level of organisational and prioritising skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- An honest individual who values integrity
- Professional appearance
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Proficient in managing social media platforms and photo editing
Qualifications:
Must have passed A/Ls as a minimum. Prefer CIM or undergraduate students
This position is ideal for someone interested in developing a career in professional property management. As a part-time position, you can earn extra income while gaining valuable experience in this up-and-coming field in Sri Lanka.
Salary/Compensation:
Rs. 30,000 to 50,000 per month for 20 hours/week. Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
