Inbound Tour Executive
You Lanka Travels (PVT) Ltd is an inbound travel agency specializing in tailor-made tours off the beaten paths in Sri Lanka catering mainly to the Chinese Market.
We are looking for a young, dynamic and equally committed individual to fill the below position to keep up with the rising demand for tourism in Sri Lanka within the Chinese market.
Duties:
- Create and manage all reservations and confirmations from hotels and other suppliers.
- Negotiate special rates with all hoteliers and other suppliers.
- Handling invoicing, payment follow up & guide settlements.
Requirement:
- Fluency in the English Language-both written and verbal.
- Great Organization and time management skills.
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and a proactive person who is passionate about the travel industry.
- Basic knowledge of the Travel Industry in Sri Lanka, popular destinations, hotels and travel regulations.
- Should be able to work under pressure specially during peak seasons.
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft products (Word & Excel).
- School leavers are welcome.
- Previous experience as an inbound tour operator will be an added advantage.
