Job Profile
- Assist the Manager to grow, maintain & manage their deposit customer portfolio while providing a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining excellent interface with corporate clients and individual depositors
- Understand existing market trends and being Up to Date on competitor products
- Handle operational aspects of the job to ensure documentation is perfect & compliant with regulations
Eligibility
- Go-getter with proven communication skills in Sinhala and English languages
- Proficient in MS office applications such as word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Successfully completed GCE A/L (Full/Part professional or academic qualification will be an added advantage)
- Experience in managing clients/ customer service would be an advantage
- Be below 30 years of age
