Our client is a leading group of companies engaged in manufacturing & supply of high-quality packaging solutions to many Sri Lankan industries. They are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join their team.
HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE
The selected candidate will be responsible for overall operational functions of the Quality Assurance Department while enhancing quality of products and customer satisfaction. In addition, ensure completion of related processes of quality standard and audits within the stipulated timeline (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 SMETA/6, URSA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and engage in timely renewal of particular certificates. The incumbent should stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the flexible packaging industry.
Requirements
- The minimum qualification should be a bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, or Polymer Science from a recognized university.
- A master's degree or doctorate from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
- Possess at least 05 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry in a similar capacity.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to drive the professional team to achieve the predetermined goals & objectives.
