Are you a talented Mechanical Engineer looking to put your skills to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment? Look no further! We're currently seeking an Assistant Warranty Service Engineer to join our team at UML Heavy Equipment Ltd, our JCB dealership in Sri Lanka.
Assistant Warranty Service Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma/HND Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in warranty service or a similar role is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct warranty inspections and diagnose technical issues with JCB equipment.
- Provide prompt and efficient resolution to warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and service activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty terms and procedures.
