QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hotel School Diploma
- Experience in similar role, ideally Western/vegetarian food
- Good command of English
- Being able to work according to a flexible schedule including long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure
- A polite, engaging, proactive personality
- Age 20-30
